Refund Policy

At The Rock Boudoir, we offer refunds for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed for the full amount, minus shipping costs, once the returned item is received and inspected. The buyer must pay for the returned items themselves.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose. For more information, visit the ACCC website.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Contact us at sales@therockboudoir.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Please note: the conditions of refunds must adhere to Australia law. The items must be returned at your own expense and in unworn, new condition, unless otherwise discussed ie arrived damaged.

You can return items purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn

In their original condition

With all tags and packaging intact

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@therockboudoir.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Options

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. You can expect to receive a full refund, minus any shipping costs.

Exchange

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at sales@therockboudoir.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
